Our client is renowned as a market leader in the provision of innovative and bespoke integrated systems, offering a range of highest quality services that encompass Project Management and Implementation, Consultancy and Software Development to blue chip clients worldwide, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing planned programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit a number of high calibre, enthusiastic and dedicated professional Senior Engineer to compliment the existing team.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a range of strengths and experience, from strong communication skills that ensure liaison is effective between customers and the project engineering teams, to man management and technical skills, ensuring the customer receives what they need - when they need it, and providing valuable technical coordination along the way based on experience, at various stages of the project.

It is envisaged therefore that the successful candidate be able to demonstrate at least 5 years experience of working within a PLC/SCADA software development and hardware design environment, and ideally possess a relevant engineering qualification allied to controls, electronics or software engineering.

In addition, you will possess exceptional communication skills and an enthusiastic and dynamic approach, and the desire to advance your career within a progressive environment where projects are diverse in both content and value, and can vary between £50k to £6m, with lead times ranging from 6 months to 2 years respectively.

Tasked with overseeing all technical aspects of a range of control system projects from conceptual design stage through to production, testing and site commissioning and customer handover, successful candidates will compliment an established team of engineers, therefore the ability to work within a friendly, supportive, technically demanding and committed environment is essential.
