Sales & Business Development Exec - Watford, Herts - to £65k + bonus

Description: Tasked with proactive business development, relationship building and account management activities with M&E Consultancies at all levels, the successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of bespoke control solutions at the planning and specification stages of high value, highest quality new build and refurbishment programmes and incorporating a diverse range of systems including access control, lighting and energy saving building management solutions.

Salary:to £40k basic + 2.5% commission - realistic OTE £65k+ bonus (no vehicle but generous mileage expenses)

To be considered for this supremely exciting and challenging opportunity, you will demonstrate exceptional communication (both written and oral) skills and a proven successful business development career allied to the building management, building energy efficiency or controls sector. Additionally you will have attained a relevant qualification in a suitable technical discipline, and will be flexible to travel extensively throughout the country. You will be comfortable in working both autonomously and as part of a team in order to ensure on time, within budget project delivery to customers, and will excel in building relationships in order to both maximise sales revenue and ensure securing future projects whenever such opportunities arise.
