Our client can demonstrate more than 30 years experience in the manufacture of bespoke automation and robotic systems, and are regarded by many in the industry as one of the leading automation system solution providers in the whole of the UK.
As a result of continued success and a planned programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to deliver bespoke automation solutions within a highly professional and dedicated design team.
Utilising the SolidEdge design package, you will work within a state of the art technology environment delivering multiple bespoke automation solutions to a diverse range of market sectors on systems ranging from £50k to £1m at a time.
To be considered for this key post, it is essential that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate proven project design skills and ideally a background that has allowed considerable exposure to PLC controlled and multi axis Robotic systems within any manufacturing environment. With an average of five or six £250k+ projects operational at any one time, strong organizational and communication skills are obviously essential in order to achieve success in this position.
